Grant Program Details
1 - First-Time Home Buyer - Receive up to $7,500.00 assistance towards closing costs or a down payment.
*Minimum borrower contribution of $1,000
2 - Community Partners - Active or retired law enforcement officers, educators, firefighters, first responders, or healthcare workers can receive up to $10,000 in assistance.
*Minimum borrower contribution of $1,000
3 - Military - Active duty, veterans, reservists or surviving spouses who have served in an overseas intervention can receive up to $10,000 in assistance towards closing cost or down payment.
*Based on Military entitlement
*No Minimum investment
